22. Fubuki (One Punch Man)
Fubuki, also known by her hero alias Blizzard of Hell, is a Hero Association B-Class Rank 1 professional hero. She is an esper and the head of the Blizzard Group, a B-Class hero faction. She is Tatsumaki's younger sister. The Psychic Sisters are her and her sister's moniker. Fubuki is now attempting to enlist Saitama's services. She's also a self-proclaimed Saitama Group member.
Fubuki is a voluptuous young woman with chin-length, dark green short hair styled into a bob and pale green eyes. A long white fur coat, a dark green form-fitting dress, thigh-high black boots, and various jewelry make up her main ensemble. She does wear various clothing on occasion.

Mei's mother gave her the glass eye when she lost her natural eye to sickness when she was four years old; the eyes are a different color since Yukiyo Misaki thought matching eyes were uninteresting.
